Plane accident in California takes the life of passengers and affects the city of San Diego

Former The Devil Wears Prada drummer Daniel Williams was tragically on board the plane that crashed into the Tierrasanta area of San Diego, California on May 22nd. In a heartbreaking turn of events, Williams joyfully shared on his Instagram stories last night about taking off in the plane. Music agent Dave Shapiro, a co-founder of Sound Talent Group, was piloting the plane at the time of the crash and perished along with everyone else on board. According to CBS8, the crash destroyed multiple vehicles and damaged at least 15 homes. Sound Talent Group had previously commented on the crash. We wish to extend our deepest sympathies to Williams’s family, friends and loved ones.

We are devastated by the loss of our co-founder, colleagues and friends. Our hearts go out to their families and to everyone impacted by today’s tragedy. Thank you so much for respecting their privacy at this time.
