Pinkpop releases Metallica’s headlining show from 2008
On November 29, the Pinkpop Archive channel of the 2008 “Pinkpop Festival” released professionally shot footage of Metallica‘s headline performance, as reported by theprp. When the group performed on stage for the first time at that festival on May 30, 2008, they performed a performance of eighteen songs. Since then, they have performed at that festival twice more, once in 2014 and again in 2022. The thrash metal titans performed the following songs at their first appearance at the Landraaf, a NET early summer institution:

Established in 2017 as a way to give back to communities that have supported Metallica over the years, All Within My Hands has raised over $20 million, providing $11.4 million in grants to career and technical education programs, including the ground-breaking Metallica Scholars Initiative, now in its seventh year, over $7.4 million to combat food insecurity, and more than $4.7 million to disaster relief efforts.
