Paul Stanley’s father has died at the age of 101: “He said he’d always be with me”

Legendary KISS musician Paul Stanley has taken to social media to announce the death of his father. Stanley’s father, William Eisen, passed away at the age of 101.

“My dad William Eisen has left this earth after 101 years & 7 months. His thirst for knowledge never wained. He could speak on virtually any subject. His pride in my accomplishments was heartwarming as was seeing his love of my family. He said he’d always be with me and he will”, Stanley writes on Twitter.

Eisen, like Paul Stanley’s mother, had a Jewish background, and Stanley’s grandparents were fleeing Nazi Jewish persecution. Stanley and his sister Julia were born in New York.

The band’s longtime manager recently said in an interview that the band’s career will come to an end in 2022.
