Fans will be able to smell like The Prince of Darkness for more than thirty years thanks to a special limited edition of Ozzy Osbourne‘s favourite fragrance, as per Loudwire. Additionally, it sold out as soon as it was announced. On April 29, the London-based fragrance company Czech & Speake posted on social media about a limited-edition batch of their famous No. 88 perfume, which Ozzy had been wearing for more than 30 years but wasn’t keen to share with everyone. The price of this limited-edition No. 88 is 250 euros ($370 USD), with 50 euros from each sale going to Cure Parkinson’s. It is packaged in a black bottle with purple foil. The organization received a portion of “Back to the Beginning”‘s earnings.

Ozzy once gave a bottle of his distinctive fragrance to Jose Mangin of SiriusXM, and the radio host told Loudwire that he wears it to the most important events he attends, despite the fact that most people are unaware of its identity.
I don’t know exactly how long Ozzy wore No. 88 but I’m sure it was at least 30 years. I remember discovering it like it was yesterday… I went into the shop at Jermyn Street because I was looking for bathroom accessories. I piled up some samples to take home to Ozzy and I’ll never forget that as soon as he smelled it, he said to me, “I’d like to smell like this for the rest of my life!”
And he did! Everywhere he went, he was known for it. Everyone talked about it — his friends, his bandmates, his business colleagues, everyone — and they would always say how good he smelled. – Sharon Osbourne
Ozzy smells very distinct… It stays in the room he leaves. You can tell 30 minutes later — Ozzy was here. [Ozzy] was like, ‘Do not post this, do not show anybody what box this is or what this is, but this is for you.’ – Jose Mangin
