Oslo Deathfest postpones 2026 edition due to financial issues

The Oslo Deathfest festival that takes place in the capital of Norway has released an update about the 2026 edition. The statement comes from the official channels of the event.

Due to the bankruptcy of our former venue and financial partner (Goldie Bar Og Scene) Oslo Deathfest will unfortunately have to postpone the 2026 edition and hopefully make a stronger return in 2027 under new conditions. The situation is out of our hands at the moment and we are sorry to give these news to everyone who has asked for 2026 tickets. The support is very much appreciated and it’s good to know that death metal is alive in Oslo Norway! If any questions please reach out to us at: oslodeathfest@gmail.com
