The 2026 “GRAMMY Awards” nominees have been announced, as reported by theprp. The Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California will host the yearly music industry event on February 1st of next year. A livestreamed event was held this morning, November 7th, to announce the winners.
Alternative metal breakout artists Sleep Token, former Grammy Award-winning prog metal virtuosos Dream Theater, melodic hardcore heroes Turnstile, Swedish occult rock titans Ghost, and Canadian alternative metal group Spiritbox are among those vying for this year’s “Best Metal Performance.” The nominees for this year’s “Best Metal Performance” and “Best Rock Album” categories were revealed by Sharon Osbourne and her kids, Jack and Kelly.
