Nine Inch Nails‘ most recent track, “As Alive As You Need Me To Be,” has a brand-new music video, as per theprp. The band wrote that song for “Tron: Ares,” the third installment of the “Tron” film series, which opens on October 10. Despite having created an award-winning career scoring cinema, Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross were specifically invited to approach this project under the auspices and philosophy of their renowned industrial metal band. The song is the first new Nine Inch Nails song in five years, and the music video was directed by Maxime Quoilin (Metallica, Pharrell Williams). On September 19th, the band’s 14-song “Tron: Ares” soundtrack will be released.
