Tuomas Holopainen, the keyboardist and primary songwriter for Finnish symphonic metal giants Nightwish ranked the band’s discography with small explanations on the latest issue of Metal Hammer magazine which was published in the beginning of February.

For the best album of band’s amazing discography Holopainen picks band’s latest “Human. :II: Nature:” album from the year 2020 by saying that making the album was very easy and smooth process. The second best album according to Holopainen is 2015’s “Endless Forms Most Beautiful” album because it deals about nature and evolution and is also the first part of the album trilogy.

The least favorite album according to Holopainen is rather surprisingly “Wishmaster” which Holopainen says didn’t really bring anything new to the table and felt more like continuation of “Oceanborn” musically.
