Muse pays homage to four artists during their headliner’s set at Hellfest
Muse honored a few national heroes while performing at the second day (June 20th) of this year’s “Hellfest Open Air” in Clisson, France. The aforementioned multi-platinum alternative rock group performed their own song, “We Are Fucking Fucked,” while playing some of Gojira‘s “Standed” and Nirvana‘s “Heart-Shaped Box.” There were also heavier embellishments in the band’s set, including references to Slipknot‘s “Duality” in “Kill Or Be Killed” and Rage Against the Machine‘s “Township Rebellion” (“Stockholm Syndrome“) and “Calm Like A Bomb” (“New Born“).
