As the second season of the critically renowned first-person shooter video game series “Battlefield 6” began yesterday, a fresh wave of metal and rock songs has been added to the soundtrack, as per theprp. Those who purchase the Battlefield Pro pass are given access to a unique in-game radio station that is accessible while operating the various war machines, just like in the first season of that venerable franchise. Once again, there are a number of nu metal favorites among this most recent set of music.

  • Slipknot – “Duality“
  • Papa Roach – “Last Resort“
  • Limp Bizkit – “Rollin (Air Raid Vehicle)”
  • The Offspring – “The Kids Aren’t Alright”
  • Morgan Wallen – “I’m The Problem”

Clever readers will probably notice that Morgan Wallen, a country music artist, is included as a sort of throwback to the game’s October release. As part of the game’s distribution, Limp Bizkit released their brand-new single, “Making Love To Morgan Wallen.” In preparation for the game’s recent release, that adorned nu metal group also collaborated with composer/producer Henry Jackman to update the game’s official theme song. The six new songs listed above are in addition to the songs that were already available during the Battlefield Pro pass radio station’s first season.

  • Godsmack – “Awake“
  • Drowning Pool – “Bodies“
  • Limp Bizkit – “Break Stuff“
  • Limp Bizkit – “Making Love To Morgan Wallen“
  • Limp Bizkit – “Battlefield: After-Party“
  • Pantera – “Domination“
  • Filter – “Hey Man Nice Shot“
