Mike Spreitzer announces he’s leaving DevilDriver

DevilDriver, a groove metal band, has announced the departure of guitarist Mike Spreitzer. He now plans to focus on his newly formed goth metal group Verona On Venus, which he founded last year, as a result of that departure. Overnight, a statement about his departure went viral and said the following:

Outside of the epidemic, DevilDriver‘s touring schedule has been significantly reduced in recent years due to frontman Dez Fafara juggling his work at The Oracle Management firm, the most recent Coal Chamber tour, and his COVID-19 difficulties.
