Mentor drops “On Every Horn a Crown” from upcoming fourth album

Polish black/thrash outfit Mentor releases “On Every Horn a Crown” today alongside a second track, “Fuck You and Your God.” Together, the double single marks the first preview of “Horns, Hooves and Horrors,” the Sosnowiec band’s fourth full-length album.

Piranha Music will release “Horns, Hooves and Horrors” on December 4 on CD, two vinyl variants, and all streaming platforms. The album features nine new tracks. Pre-orders are available now through the Piranha Music webstore.

Since forming in 2011, Mentor has built a strong live reputation across Europe. The band has toured alongside Decapitated and Vader, opened for Philip H. Anselmo & The Illegals and Exodus, and played Mystic Festival, Metalmania, and PartySan Open Air. Their three previous albums, “Guts, Graves and Blasphemy,” “Cults, Crypts and Corpses,” and “Wolves, Wraiths and Witches,” established a sound rooted in dirty rock’n’roll, hardcore, and black/thrash metal. Lyrically, the band draws inspiration from brutal Z-grade horror films.

Following the album release, Mentor heads out on a Polish tour with support from Miguel and the Living Dead and Wolfpack Heading Nowhere.
