As the opening act for Disturbed on their European tour, Megadeth performed their most recent single, “Tipping Point,” live for the first time on Tuesday, October 14th at Amsterdam, the Netherlands’ Ziggo Dome. Below is a fan-shot video of the performance. Dave Mustaine, the frontman of Megadeth, told the crowd this before the song began.

So, we have a new record coming out. And we have a new single that’s out right now. And we’re gonna play that song the first time ever right now.

Tipping Point” is the lead song from Megadeth’s forthcoming album of the same name, which is scheduled for release on January 23, 2026. The new BLKIIBLK label from Frontiers Label Group will release the follow-up to 2022’s “The Sick, The Dying… And The Dead!” under Mustaine’s Tradecraft imprint. Before Dave’s recognizable voice eerily enters, the sonically explosive and thematically unflinching song “Tipping Point” begins with a tremendous guitar solo. The band performs in the same prison while Dave is imprisoned and subjected to severe torture in the bleak yet hopeful accompanying video, which was directed by Leonardo Liberti. Ultimately, Dave endures evil and moves on to a new day.
