Megadeth cancelled yesterday’s performance in Portugal

Thrash metal band Megadeth were supposed to perform in Portugal on July 5th at Evil Live festival. Unfortunately, the band did not perfom. They released a statement on social media:

Due to technical issues beyond our control, we are saddened and frustrated to share with you that we will not be able to perform tonight in Lisbon.
We never want to let you down…and we are just as disappointed as you are with this situation.
We look forward to returning to give you the show you deserve.
