Mayhem announces North American 40th anniversary tour

Norwegian black metal legends Mayhem have announced a select North American 40th anniversary tour for this November.

The trek will cover their catalogue, from their seminal genre-defining demo “Deathcrush” to more recent output such as 2019’s “Daemon”.

Mayhem will play just six dates across Canada and the United States, kicking off with a show in Montreal on November 12 and wrapping up in Denver on November 23. Toronto, Queens, New York, Chicago and Los Angeles will also be visited along the way by the extreme metal veterans.

Last year the outfit released “Daemonic Rites”. The album features live versions of songs from “Daemon” as well as older classics.
