In late June Blink 182‘s Mark Hoppus revealed that he’s suffering from a diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, and now, on July 19, he has shared the best news yet about his chemotherapy treatment:

” Scans indicate that the chemo is working! I still have months of treatment ahead, but it’s the best possible news. I’m so grateful and confused, and also sick from last week’s chemo. But the poison the doctors pump into me and the kind thoughts and wishes of people around me are destroying this cancer. Just gonna keep fighting..”Hoppus writes on his Twitter account

On June 23, in a social media statement, the singer and bassist wrote that he’s remaining ‘hopeful and positive’ for a cancer-free future, while he still goes through the next few months of treatment. Hoppus has been continuing to share updates daily about his days, therapy, feelings and other updates, and all of us from Chaoszine wish him to beat the cancer to the last pieces!
