Long Live The Lights unveils new single “Sweetness”
US emo/rock/post-hardcore outfit Long Live The Lights has shared a new song, a cover of Jimmy Eat World‘s “Sweetness“.
The song reflects power and melancholy equally, with powerful guitars, a catchy melody and a steady-as-an-oak rhythmic base.
Long Live The Lights was formed in 2017 in Houston, TX, by lead vocalist Andre Decuba and lead guitarist Brendan McDowell, initially playing cover songs. Shortly after, they discovered bassist Matt Fogarty and began to take their music seriously.
The group has dedicated their time to writing a diverse array of songs, emphasizing strong energy, melodic choruses, and delivering fully produced, structured live shows across the state of Texas.
