At the beginning of September 2024, Liv Sin announced that guitarist Krille Kellerman had left the band. Now, guitarist Jay Matharu has also left the band around Sister Sin frontwoman Liv Jagrell:
“Sadly we have to inform you that Jay have decided to leave Liv Sin […]. We are super grateful for the time he spent with us and the band and the new album that we’ve been working on on the last year. We wish him all luck in the future! Liv Sin will keep on headbanging forward. We are currently recruiting new members and we have a brand new killer album up our sleeves!”

Liv Sin also share a detailed statement from Jay Matharu, explaining his reasons for leaving. You can read the statement below:
During some shows in autumn 2024, after the departure of Krille Kellerman, Liv Sin were supported by former Frantic Amber guitarist Isabelle Romhagen, but this seemed to have been a temporary solution, even though the end of their statement at that time did not rule out a permanent cooperation:
“We wanna take this opportunity to to say a huge THANK YOU to Isabelle Romhagen who been jamming the guitar with us during our fall shows. It’s been great sharing the stage with her, let’s see what the future brings, our roads will definitely cross again.”
