Danish metallic hardcore band Lifesick has dropped a new single titled “Die with me.” The track follows the group’s 2024 full-length “Loved by None, Hated by All,” which arrived through Metal Blade Records.

Lifesick formed in 2015 in Fredericia, Denmark. The band’s lineup features vocalist Simon Shoshan, guitarists Nicolai Lindegaard and Nikolai Lund, bassist Jeppe Riis Frausing, and drummer Jeppe Løwe. Before signing to Metal Blade, the group released three full-lengths. Their 2023 EP “Life and other lies” marked their debut on the label, paving the way for “Loved by none, hated by all.”

According to the band, “Die with Me” opens in grind mode with a chant of the title before shifting into a fast hardcore section. The song then moves through breakdowns that grow slower and heavier toward the end, closing with a finale the band compares to the last moments of a live set. Lyrically, the track tackles meeting death head-on and refusing to go quietly.
