German experimental metal act Lantlôs has released a new single, “Solar Death”. The track offers another glimpse into the band’s upcoming album “Nowhere In Between Forever”, which arrives on April 3, 2026 through Prophecy Productions.
With “Solar Death”, the project moves deeper into its evolving sound. The song blends airy textures with sharp, emotional weight. As a result, it highlights the balance between atmosphere and intensity that defines the current era of Lantlôs.
The band began with strong post black metal roots. However, over the years, mastermind Markus Siegenhort has pushed the project toward a more layered and melodic direction. “Solar Death” reflects that shift through dynamic pacing and rich arrangements.
At the same time, the track keeps a raw edge beneath its shimmering surface. Guitars move between fragile clean passages and heavier bursts, while the vocals add a haunting presence. Therefore, the single feels both intimate and expansive within its runtime.
