Ladrones, a band from Guadalajara, Jalisco, focuses on urban-driven genres such hip hop, rock/metal, and the new wave of regional Mexican music, which they have dubbed “FLOW PESADO.” Ladrones is a concept for consumers as well as a musical proposition that embodies diversity, multiculturalism, harmony, and the cohabitation of various genres. Their sound is a reflection of how today’s youth interact with music: freely, without bias or labels, accepting diversity, and just appreciating whatever speaks to them at the time. As part of their pre-release marketing for their new album, the band has finished their first brief tour outside of Mexico, playing in places including San Diego, Costa Mesa, and Los Angeles in California, USA.
