Queens, NY avant-garde black metal quartet Krallice have unveiled a new two-track EP titled “No Hope”. It features “Inner Peace” and “Protean Pulse”. The latter stretches close to sixteen minutes, bringing the total runtime to nearly 25 minutes of experimental darkness.
With this release, the band continue to explore dense textures and progressive intensity. “Inner Peace” delivers a fierce vocal-led attack, while “Protean Pulse” drifts through expansive and shifting soundscapes.
The EP was recorded, mixed, and mastered by guitarist and engineer Colin Marston at Menegroth, The Thousand Caves studio. Marston also adds second drums and synth layers, enriching the sonic depth.
Now available on Bandcamp, “No Hope” proves that Krallice have no plans to slow down. The record moves from calm and meditative moments to chaotic peaks. Capturing both the oppressive and ethereal sides of their sound.
