King Diamond cancels upcoming shows due to health issues

After the band’s singer was ill with strep throat, the most prevalent bacterial cause of a sore throat, King Diamond was forced to postpone four performances on their current spring/summer 2025 European tour. King Diamond had to postpone their July 5 performance at the Rockmaraton festival in Dunaújváros, Hungary; their July 6 performance at the Arena Wien in Vienna, Austria; their July 8 performance at the Arenale Romane in Bucharest, Romania; and their July 9 performance at the Arena Sofia in Sofia, Bulgaria due to King‘s diagnosis. If everything goes smoothly, the performances will resume on July 10th in Greece.
