Denver doom metal band Khemmis drops “Invocation of the Dreamer”, the first single from their forthcoming self-titled fifth studio album. The track arrives alongside an official music video premiering on YouTube today.
“Khemmis” releases June 12, 2026 via Nuclear Blast. The eight-track record marks the band’s first studio album since “Deceiver” in 2021. Khemmis debuted a new song live in Englewood, Colorado last December, giving fans an early glimpse of the new material.
“Hunted”, the band’s second album, topped Decibel Magazine’s Top 40 Albums of 2016. That record helped establish Khemmis as one of the most prominent names in American doom metal.
The band also heads out on a US tour with Monolord later this summer, covering multiple East Coast dates.
