Metallic hardcore newcomers Justifications have released their second single, “Male Bonding“, featuring a guest appearance by Walls Of Jericho vocalist Candace Buckingham. An accompanying official video is also available.
Justifications are fronted by Guy Kozowyk of The Red Chord. The guest appearance brings together two musicians who have already collaborated in the opposite direction: Kozowyk contributes to the forthcoming Walls Of Jericho album “System Error: Humanity”.
The new song is intended for Justifications’ debut full-length, “The Race To Expiration”, currently targeted for release in 2027. The group recorded the album with Kevin Billingslea, while Zeuss handled the mixing and mastering. More guest appearances are reportedly planned but have yet to be announced.
Kozowyk praised Buckingham’s longstanding role in hardcore and said the group was delighted she agreed to appear on the track. The new collaboration gives fans another preview of the sound Justifications are developing ahead of their first album.
The group are also scheduled to perform in Braintree, Massachusetts, on November 18, followed by December dates in Albany, Worcester, Brooklyn, Millersville and Washington, D.C. Those appearances will place Justifications on bills with acts including Darkest Hour and Judiciary.
