GosT can be found in the murky space between the darkest edge of electronic music and black metal. James Lollar, a multi-instrumentalist, producer, and main-brain from Texas, has become an increasingly unique force in music with the publication of the “Radio Macabre” EP at the beginning of 2013 and the merciless digital nightmare of their “Skull” debut album six months later. GosT is a harsh and distinctive digital nightmare that transports the listener to the depths of the abyss, far more aggressive and nasty than the synthwave he’s frequently associated with.
