German power metal band Dominum will release its third full-length album, “Night Is Calling”, on July 3, 2026 via Napalm Records. Following the success of its previous album, “The Dead Don’t Die”, which entered the Top 10 of the Official German Album Charts, the band is preparing to open the next chapter of its dark and theatrical universe.
At the helm of the band is vocalist and principal songwriter Felix Heldt, better known to fans as Dr. Dead. Combining strong songwriting, heavy riffs, and irresistibly catchy choruses, Dominum has carved out its own unique niche between modern metal, horror aesthetics, and arena-ready melodies.
In recent years, Dominum has brought its undead spectacle to stages across Europe, captivating audiences with its distinctive blend of theatricality and metal.
Dr. Dead, spoke with Kaaoszine about his thoughts on the upcoming album “Night Is Calling”, which will be released in July, the band’s collaboration with Battle Beast, and why the cover song on the new record was an “obvious choice” for a zombie band. The singer also reveals what he would do if a zombie apocalypse were to happen. You can check out the entire interview below.
