A user on Reddit, u/After_masterpiece533, reported that the Album Of The Year website listed an unannounced release for Poison The Well, as per MetalInjection. This information has not been officially confirmed by the band or record label. Speculation about a new album has been ongoing since the band posted cryptic teasers on their social media platforms and Ticketmaster inadvertently leaked potential tour dates for the current year. This constitutes the first substantive detail—pending verification—regarding the rumored record, which is titled “Peace in Place” and scheduled for release on March 20th. The album is expected to be released through Sharptone Records and will comprise ten tracks. According to the same source, a new single is anticipated to be released the following day, as it has already become available in New Zealand. It is important to note that the information originates from a single contributor identified only as Austyn. While this information appears plausible, it should be regarded with caution until officially confirmed by the band or the record label. Additionally, the leaked tour dates align with the proposed March 20th album release, further supporting the speculation.

Poison the Well is an American metalcore ensemble originating from Miami, Florida. The band was initially active from 1997 to 2010. The only remaining founding members are lead guitarist Ryan Primack and drummer Chris Hornbrook, despite both having departed for various periods in the late 1990s. Long-standing vocalist Jeffrey Moreira has appeared on all five of their studio recordings. The group reassembled for several performances in 2015, with additional reunions occurring in 2016 and 2020. They have since reestablished themselves permanently and are currently working on a new album as of 2024. Their discography has achieved commercial success, with total album sales exceeding 300,000 copies in the United States as of 2012.
