German metal queen Doro Pesch was asked if she had “any new music on the way” in a recent interview with Dawn Osborne of TotalRock, which took place at this past weekend’s Maid Of Stone festival in Mote Park, Maidstone, Kent, UK, as per Blabbermouth.

Yes, yes. Got new music on the way. I think in November, December, I wanna put out a mini album, an EP. It will be not a full album because now we are always on tour and doing the summer festivals, but it will be an EP. And I think it might — the work title is ‘Wild At Heart’. And, yeah, it’s already in the making.

German heavy metal singer Doro used to be the lead singer of the band Warlock. For more than 40 years, Doro was a global figure in metal culture thanks to her contributions to music and culture. The moniker Doro has also been linked to the singer’s touring band, whose members have fluctuated throughout the course of more than 20 years of continuous activity, with drummer Johnny Dee and bassist Nick Douglas having the most consistent appearances.
