The legendary thrash metal band Megadeth is set to release their new greatest hits album, “Fast Hits,” on vinyl on August 21, as per theprp. Pre-orders can be placed at walmart.com, and the project is being marketed as a Walmart exclusive. However, it doesn’t seem like the band has made any formal declaration about the contents of this record thus far. Dave Mustaine, the guitarist and singer of Megadeth, revealed last year that his groundbreaking thrash group would be performing in a few years. The band is presently on the first leg of a long farewell tour. The group’s self-titled final studio album was released in January of this year, but a farewell performance has not yet been scheduled.
