Islander announces new album, “Grammy Nominated”
Fresh from the release of their second single, “The Witch”, South Carolina metalcore/alt-metal outfit Islander have announced their fourth studio album “Grammy Nominated”.
Vocalist Mikey Carvajal states: “I know bands say this sometimes, but our upcoming album (Grammy Nominated) is hands down our heaviest yet. We felt the freedom to do what we wanted to, now that we are independent. We were tired of being told not to scream too much or to turn the guitars down. We just did the opposite of that now that we can. This is our best record, and I can’t wait for everyone to hear it”.
