German folk titans In Extremo are concluding a fantastic year and the celebrations for 30 years of the band with a grand finale: RAUHNÄCHTE LIVE – WINTER 2025.
With a specially compiled set list full of highlights and anthems – surrounded by loved ones, for a wild end to the year.
They would like to present their loyal fans with something very special at the end of this era and simply say thank you with these concerts – in the way you know them: loud, hard, but heartfelt and with a good dose of mischief!
The Rauhnächte are a time “between the years” that traditionally begins around the winter solstice and ends on Epiphany. The term probably comes from the Middle High German rûch = “hairy” and refers to the furry figures of the winter demons. In many folk beliefs and spiritual traditions, the Rauhnächte are considered a magical phase of purification, reflection and foresight. Many people use them for rituals of self-reflection, to let go of the old year and manifest wishes for the new one.
We, too, are embarking on a special concert tour at the end of our anniversary year to bid a fitting farewell to an exciting year – and to 2025.
The first special guest on board: Dominum!
With their outrageous mixture of power metal and zombie horror show, they will ensure that this package is sure to be one of the most explosive spectacles of the turn of the year!
