After recently splitting with their guitarist Xander Raymond Charles before even embarking on their first tour together, Ill Niño have made amends, as per theprp. On March 22nd, the latter musician made the separation public. On March 31st, both parties released the following joint statement after weighing in on the issue.
We would like to clear the air regarding the events of the past week. Following a last-minute lineup change that impacted Xander Raymond Charles‘ touring schedule, both parties have met to resolve the matter professionally.
Ill Niño has decided to continue with their current touring lineup, and schedule. This decision was based on a scheduling conflict, and is in no way a reflection of Xander‘s talent, character, or professionalism. We are moving forward with mutual respect and no hard feelings.
Xander shared: “Ill Niño is a legendary band, and I have nothing but the utmost respect for them.”
Both parties wish each other nothing but success moving forward.
