Igorrr shares music video for “Daemoni” from new album “Amen”

French experimental musician Gautier Serre, known by his stage name Igorrr, has released the video for “Daemoni”, a track from his fifth studio album “Amen”, which came out in September, via Metal Blade Records.

The album continues Igorrr’s signature blend of extreme metal, breakcore, baroque, electronic and classical elements. It features guest appearances from Scott Ian (Anthrax), Trey Spruance (Mr. Bungle), and Mike Leon (Soulfly). In producing “Amen”, Serre employed a live choir recorded in a church, unconventional percussion such as hammering snares on a blacksmith’s anvil, and other unusual sound sources.

According to Igorrr, “Daemoni” reflects a dark, internal narrative, describing the Earth as having a demon inside it; the “bright side” tries and fails to convert it, the demon awakens, and the bright side fights before being overwhelmed. “Amen” has been described as one of Igorrr’s darker and more solemn works, while still retaining the dramatic shifts, chaos, and inventive instrumentation fans have come to expect.

Igorrr is also touring Europe in support of “Amen”, with dates throughout October 2025.
