If you’re a badass and you know it, Alex Terrible is even more – showing off an injury from bare knuckle fighting

Alex Terrible, the singer of Slaughter To Prevail, recently sustained a fairly horrific injury—at least to those of us who don’t wrestle bears or lose a tooth while playing tug-of-war with tigers. Terrible has also been exploring his interest for bare-knuckle fighting outside of leading the previously mentioned Russian deathcore mafia. Terrible flaunted the very massive hematoma on his right cheek in the video below, which was posted online on November 21st.
