If you like heavy metal and agricolture or construction, this tracked loader is for you!

James Hetfield, the guitarist and singer of Metallica, has teamed up with Case Construction to create a limited-edition TV450B small track loader that he plans to utilize on his own ranch. Hetfield’s world-famous band, his own tattoos, and his favorite guitars are all references in the artwork that has been emblazoned on that loader. 25 of that customized loader, which was first shown in December of last year, have been manufactured and are offered on casece.com along with related merchandise.

The winning proposal was submitted by John Piper, a rising design talent here at CNH. Piper crafted a concept that recalled one of Hatfield’s tattoos, a skull with wings, together with the sharp iconic font reminiscent of his band’s graphics and album artwork. He also drew from the pinstriping in Hetfield’s private hotrod collection. All these elements were integrated atop a sandy camouflage pattern reminiscent of Hetfield’s signature Snakebyte electric guitar – a direct request from the artist.
