“I like to think that ideas come from our ancestors” — interview with Enkhsaikhan Batjargal of The HU
Mongolian throat singing metal band The Hu visited Finland at Tuska festival earlier this summer. Chaoszine met member of the band, Enkhsaikhan “Enkush” Batjargal (morin khuur, throat singing) who talked a bit about the plans for the near future. He also talked about the inspiration and where it comes from as well as touring as a throat singer. Having worked with many visiting artists Enkush told about the most memorable collaboration.
