Hellripper drops new single “Mortercheyn” ahead of album release

Scottish black/speed metal project Hellripper has released “Mortercheyn” as the latest single from the upcoming fourth album “Coronach.” The track arrives ahead of the album’s release on March 27 via Century Media Records.

“Coronach” marks Hellripper‘s debut with Century Media and follows the 2023 full-length “Warlocks Grim & Withered Hags.” Mastermind James McBain recorded and mixed the album at Coronach Studios in Scotland. Damien Herring then mastered it at Subterranean Watchtower Studios in the USA. Adam Burke of Nightjar Illustration handled the cover artwork.

“Mortercheyn” joins earlier singles “Hunderprest”, “Kinchyle (Goatkraft and Granite)”, and the title track “Coronach”.
