Hard Rock Cafe Helsinki closes its doors

Opened in autumn 2012, the Hard Rock Cafe branch in Finland’s capital Helsinki has closed its doors yesterday (3 January 2023). Currently, only one Google post about Hard Rock Cafe Helsinki and its closure can be found on the world wide web, published on the day of the closure. The official profiles of Hard Rock Cafe Helsinki on facebook and on Instagram seemed to have been deleted also on the day of the closure, if not earlier.

In said post, it is also stated that the operations of the Rock Shop, located downstairs of Hard Rock Cafe Helsinki, will be continued:

“The Rock Shop will remain open. Helsinki remains an important market for Hard Rock international, and we are exploring the possibility of alternate locations within the city. Employees of Hard Rock Cafe Helsinki will have the ability to transfer to another location, should they choose to continue their careers with Hard Rock.
