Gojira release Olympics Opening Ceremony song “Mea Culpa (Ah! Ça ira!)”

About a month after the Paris Olympic Opening Ceremony, French progressive metal band Gojira finally released a digital version of their version of “Mea Culpa (Ah! Ça ira!)” ft mezzo-soprano Marian Viotti, which they played at the Opening Ceremony. This is good for the fans, as they could only listen to the song with the tv announcer’s voices in the background until now.

Gojira made an impact with their performance one month ago, for all metalheads over the world, but also for those people, who normally don’t listen to metal. This track was done in collaboration with the event’s musical director, Victor Le Masne.
