German blackgaze act Lantlôs releases new single “Daisies”

German post-black and blackgaze shapeshifters Lantlôs have dropped a new standalone single, “Daisies”, now available on the usual streaming platforms. The track also serves as the opening cut of the band’s upcoming full-length “Nowhere In Between Forever”, which is currently scheduled for release on April 3, 2026.

Musically, “Daisies” leans into the project’s familiar habit of shifting between hazy atmosphere and cleaner, melodic rock tones. Still, it keeps that restless Lantlôs tension intact, where calm passages can turn abrasive without warning. As a result, the song works both as an entry point and a signal of what the new album aims to explore.

The band originally formed in 2005 and quickly made a name within the post-black metal underground. Over time, Lantlôs expanded their sound beyond genre borders, pulling in shoegaze, post-rock, and alternative metal influences. More recently, 2021’s “Wildhund” marked a noticeable move toward broader, rock-driven songwriting, a direction that “Daisies” continues without fully abandoning the band’s atmospheric roots.
