German band Future Palace has announced a temporary lineup change for their upcoming shows of the Deep Blue tour.
TOUR UPDATE: Hey, it’s Johannes. Many of you probably don’t know that my wife and I have a four-year-old son and a six-month-old daughter. Juggling being a parent and a touring musician isn’t only incredibly difficult, but it also takes a toll on your family at home. During our stay in the US, a medical situation developed at home. I felt terrible being so far away and unable to support my wife and be there for my kids when they needed me the most, but I was optimistic things would get better soon. Unfortunately, since getting back, the situation has taken another bad turn and requires my full attention. Because it is completely unclear which way this will go, I won’t be able to play at least the first six shows of our Deep Blue Tour. If all goes well, I’ll be back behind the kit in Hamburg. Luckily, @silasfischerr from Annisokay is stepping in to take over on drums. I am deeply saddened by this, but I would never forgive myself if things get worse while I’m not there for my family. I am more than thankful for the support of my band and crew in making this decision. I am sure these shows will be kickass nonetheless.
Sadly @klappradfahrer won’t be able to start off the Deep Blue Tour 26 with us for the at least first 6 shows due to his family circumstances. We will miss him and wish him and his family all the best from the bottom of our hearts, family and health always comes first, so go send him some love. We hope his situation will get better soon!
Luckily @silasfischerr of @annisokay will take over the drums for the mentioned shows, so also HUGE thanks to him for helping us out in this situation and we will give it our very best to give you guys the shows you deserve.
As for the VIP Upgrades: We will still do the VIP Meetings for these shows. It will be Manuel and me (Maria) only but we will make it a fun time anyway.
