Frank Ferrer, the former drummer for Guns N’ Roses, has made his first remarks regarding his departure from the group. Ferrer’s departure was announced by GN’R on social media earlier this week, with the company describing the split as “amicable.” They announced Isaac Carpenter as their new drummer the next day. On March 20th, Ferrer posted on social media to thank everyone for the “outpouring of love” that has poured in since the news broke. After Bryan “Brain” Mantia departed the band in 2006 to take care of his wife and newborn child, Ferrer became one of Guns N’ Roses‘ longest-serving members.
