Former Metallica bass player Jason Newsted announces a U.S. concert after almost 10 years

Ex-Metallica bassist Jason Newsted will be playing his first U.S. show with his Newsted project in almost a decade next May. Guitarist/vocalist Jessie Farnsworth and drummer Jesus Mendez Jr. will be performing as well. Guitarist Humberto Perez will be playing lead guitar.

The show will happen at Revolution Live in Fort Lauderdale, FL on May 20. Tickets go on sale this Friday, April 21, at 10:00 AM local time.
