For the 10th anniversary of “Hardwired”, Metallica releases an official live video

Metallica, the titans of thrash metal, have released a freshly edited live video for their song “Hardwired” on the internet, as per theprp. In celebration of the approaching tenth anniversary of their tenth studio album, “Hardwired… to Self-Destruct,” the band released the video. However, this new video commemorates the tenth anniversary of the song’s live debut during a performance in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on August 20.

10 years ago today. Can you believe it? It’s been 10 years since that wild weekend in Minneapolis that started with the surprise announcement of “Hardwired…To Self-Destruct” and ended with the live debut of “Hardwired.”

A newly recut video of “Hardwired” from U.S. Bank Stadium, featuring live audio from the Deluxe Edition of the album, is up on our YouTube channel now.
