Foo Fighters unveil Take Cover tour in Australia and New Zealand

On January 24th of this year, Dave Grohl, the leader of the Foo Fighters, hinted that the band was working on a new album while performing live in Launceston, Australia, as per theprp. Although the most of the headlines focused on that disclosure, Grohl also hinted at a potential Australian trip in that same comment. By the time he and his bandmates returned to Australia, the multi-platinum alternative rock kingpin even declared that a new record will be released. The dates for the Australian and New Zealand legs of the group’s “Take Cover Tour” have just been revealed, as they have been intensifying the teases for their new album. That run is scheduled for November 2026 and January 2027.
