Texan metalcore outfit Fit For A King is gearing up for a thunderous return with their eighth studio album, “Lonely God”, set to drop on August 1 via Solid State Records.
The album’s title track, “Lonely God”, will land on all major streaming platforms tomorrow, May 30, giving fans a first real taste of what’s to come—along with the album’s official announcement.
“Lonely God” promises a heavier direction than the band’s recent material. The early single “No Tomorrow”, released earlier this year, already hinted at a more aggressive tone. Another highlight is “Technium”, a track featuring The Plot In You‘s Landon Tewers, which has quickly stirred up excitement among fans.
But perhaps the most buzzed-about moment is the closing track “Witness The End”, featuring Motionless In White. The hype skyrocketed after frontman Chris Motionless accidentally let the album news slip during the band’s set at Sonic Temple Festival, fueling even more anticipation.
