First wave of bands announced for Damnation Festival 2025

Damnation, an extreme metal festival in Manchester, has revealed their 2025 lineup of bands. Melodeath favorites and Synthwave maestro Perturbator are part of the lineup for the two-day weekend event, which will be held in the 4,500-seat BEC Arena on November 8 and 9. More bands announced are The Haunted and grindcore wrecking crew Pig Destroyer as well as Warning, Wormrot, Stampin’ Ground, Brodequin, Gaerea, Mantar, Hellripper, Frail Body, Gost, Meryl Streek, and Crippling Alcoholism. According to Damnation, 34 more bands—including the main acts—have not yet been announced. Tickets for the weekend are now available for £170.50. In 2005, Damnation began to rage at Jilly’s Rockworld in Manchester. Before relocating to its current site in 2021, it moved to the University of Leeds two years later.
