Finnish metalcore quintet Beyond Awareness has unveiled “Inferno“, their fifth single from their upcoming debut album slated for autumn 2025. The new track showcases layers of explosive guitar riffs, nuanced pop-influenced choruses, and hefty breakdowns composed by band members Miika Huhtala and Jere Tarkkanen. James Carey from Odeholm Audio contributed additional synth production to the track.

Inferno” follows in the footsteps of the band’s breakout single “Crime“, which became a TikTok sensation in late summer 2023, accumulating over 3 million Spotify streams. Beyond Awareness has emerged as one of the most promising acts in the modern metal scene. The band shares their thoughts on the new single:

“The song explores how personal mistakes and past burdens can feel hellish – yet they contain the power for resurrection. ‘Inferno’ embodies everything we represent: raw power, melodic sensitivity, and uncompromising honesty.”

Hailing from Tampere, Finland, Beyond Awareness crafts a distinctive blend of modern metalcore that appeals to listeners across various metal subgenres. Their recent singles “Burn“, “Resonance“, and “Pyrochemical” have gained significant traction in the Finnish metal community, securing spots on Spotify’s premier metal playlists. Since their formation in 2019, the band has been dedicated to bringing Finnish metalcore to the global stage, incorporating unique elements from metal, pop, and electronic music.
