Finnish metalcore quintet Balance Breach advances toward their forthcoming third album with new single and video “Just To Lose It All“, which stands as the biggest and most epic song of the band’s career to date. Like their previous four singles, “Just to Lose It All” features a dark and gloomy atmosphere, accompanied by aggressive and fierce sections. In this track, these elements are beautifully complemented by a catchy, powerful, and emotional sing-along chorus that sets the framework for the song’s story. Aleksi Paasonen (Vocals) about “Just to Lose It All“:

“During the process, when everything started falling into place, “Just to Lose It All” quietly became one of the most epic and powerful songs we’ve ever made. I can’t deny, though, that there was something truly special about the opening guitar melody from the moment Terho (guitar) introduced it to the rest of us. Its atmosphere, melancholy, and power really made an impact on me, making the writing of the lyrics and vocal arrangement surprisingly easy.

Lyrically, “Just to Lose It All” is about striving against the odds, wanting to prove yourself and overcome those who doubt you—letting what you love kill you, but losing everything along the way.”

Balance Breach, a standout force in the Finnish metalcore scene, has proven their determination to make a mark on the global stage. Following the critical acclaim of their second album, ABYZMAL (2023), the band is set to release their highly anticipated third studio album “Save Our Souls” on March 7, 2025, through label Out Of Line Music. Pre-orders for “Save Our Souls” starting soon.
